Help Create the Poppy Cascade

Take a seat and become part of something that will hang in the Exhibition Hall for years to come.

Each poppy made in the Exhibition Hall this year will join the Poppy Cascade, a permanent installation suspended from the rafters. When sunlight streams through the hangar windows, the red poppies will glow as a lasting reminder of those who served overseas.

Read In Flanders Fields and take a moment to reflect on what the poppy means. Then choose a stencil in either a 6" x 6" or 3" x 3" size, trace your poppy onto the translucent red material, and cut it out with care, keeping the edges smooth and neat. Take five minutes or take your time. When you are finished, add your poppy to the collection so it can take its place in the Cascade.

The Poppy Cascade will be unveiled next year. You may not find the exact poppy you made, but you will know your hands helped create it.

Available during Exhibition Hall operating hours only.
