Elexus Harley
Pretty Excellent Country Music Festival
Elexus Harley is a 14-year-old emerging country artist from Kingston with a love for storytelling through music. Singing and playing guitar and piano since kindergarten, she has spent the past decade developing her sound and sharing her passion for country music with those around her. A student at Holy Cross Secondary School, Elexus most recently appeared in the 2025–2026 school production of School of Rock.

Inspired by local country artist and mentor Abby Stewart, Elexus is driven by a dream to one day write, record, and produce her own original music. Whether she’s performing on stage, playing guitar between softball and ringette tournaments, or turning to music as a source of confidence and calm, Elexus brings heart, dedication, and authenticity to everything she does. She is excited to continue growing as an artist and sharing her voice, stories, and love of country music with her community.
