A Canadian music industry veteran and Juno nominee (with 80s pop band EyeEye), Bill Wood is a working professional musician with five decades’ worth of writing, recording and touring to his credit. He performs with his band Bill Wood and the Woodies, as a solo artist, and in various duos. Noteworthy projects include the album “Buds,” featuring slide guitarist Burke Carrol, and the classic country duo “Hankin’ Out,” with Johnny G Mazzei. Wood, a Picton resident, is excited for the summer release of his fourth Woodies’ album, the soulful and eclectic “Same Old Hurt.” His music can be found on all streaming platforms.
Chris Bennett has a well-deserved reputation as an in-demand touring and studio musician. As well as his work with Bill Wood and the Woodies, Chris played lead guitar on the Stephen Stanley Band’s release ‘Jimmy & the Moon’ and on The James Clark Institute’s ‘Yesterday’s Misadventures.’ He has also released a solo LP, “Disenchanted World.” Chris has been a Prince Edward County resident—and a fixture in the local music scene— since 2024.
